i am CRAZY about...
p s y d u c k
If you don't know that I love Psyduck, then I guess you don't really know me very well at all. :) Everyone knows that the Pokemon craze has come and gone, but I guess it really never left with me. haha. I've got a small but proud Psyduck convention going on in my room, and I go crazy when I see a Psyduck item online or in the store. Just why do I like Psyduck so much, you ask? Well...
The true meaning behind Psyduck transcends the boundaries of a media-ridden world and the confines of popular culture. Psyduck himself represents the inner struggles and frustration felt by all who have found themselves "unfit" in this discriminating and conforming society. Time and time again, Psyduck is pushed aside by Misty and her two ignorant colleagues, unwilling to be given the care and understanding that is needed by all beings--human and pokemon alike. Alas, his position as an outcast strikes a chord in many individuals around us. Yet, his unfailing motivation to succeed as a pokemon leads us all to believe in what Ash repeatedly refers to as "the power of one." As pokemon fans may already know, when Psyduck gets frustrated enough, he develops a headache which allows him to unleash great offensive maneuvers such as the Confusion attack. From this, viewers learn that great power CAN come from great adversity. With his attack, little children around the world learn to believe that although struggles may try to divert us from our goals, we can still succeed in the end. Bravo, Psyduck, for epitomizing the image of a true role model for America.
Thanks for being cute, too.

I love American Idol!!! It's so entertaining listening to people sing and being fortunate enough to hear some really great performances. My favorites were from Season 2: Clay Aiken, and Season 4: Carrie Underwood. I am soo ready for American Idol 6 this year! :)
Other shows that I am obsessed with are: Heroes, LOST, Grey's Anatomy, The Amazing Race, Smallville, Deal or No Deal, How I Met Your Mother, Desperate Housewives, Dancing with the Stars, Star Trek Voyager and The Next Generation, Project Runway, America's Next Top Model, So You Think You Can Dance, Friends, Charmed and Alias.
Which leads me to my next obsession...

Now that I have a TIVO, I don't know how I ever watched TV without it. I can always count on my good ol' TIVO to record my whole schedule of TV programs for the week, as well as suggest shows that it thinks I would like. Aww, my TIVO knows me so well. Thank you to Larry for getting me my new Dual Tuner TIVO... Now I don't have to simultaneously record on my TIVO, computer, and watch on a third TV again! What can I say, I just love TV in general.
g a d g e t sMy favorite store isn't Macy's, Nordstroms or Coach. It's Best Buy! My mind is always thinking about what kind of gadget I can buy next, and I'm always super excited when I research stuff online for the next thing I want to buy. It's not like I'm rich or anything, but if I had any money to spend, it's definitely be on something electronic. | ![]() |

Yoshi is my character for Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart Double Dash, all Mario Parties, and Super Smash Brothers. He is the ultimate character for me, and cute on top of that! How could you resist such a cute little green dinosaur? And look, what an artist. :) |
